How is your personal data collected & stored?

Personal information you submit via our contact forms is sent to us via email. We store this information in our enquiries management system, which we supplement with any additional information which will help us handle your enquiry. Our enquiries management system is hosted on our internally managed secure server in the UK.

Any CV’s or similar documents will be stored as a future reference for relevant internal job opportunities in digital format and possibly a hard paper copy. This will be for a maximum period of 1 year before that information is removed / deleted from the system or securely shredded if in paper format.

How do we use your personal data?

Personal information you submit through our contact forms will only be used to answer your specific enquiry and to provide the products or services you have requested from us. Any CV’s or similar documents will be stored and used where internal relevant job opportunities arise.
