A bespoke testing rig was required capable of simulating the stresses of daily use, validating the visor’s durability, and ensuring it exceeded industry safety standards.

A custom pneumatic rig simulated accurate real-world conditions.

Bespoke Testing 

Generative Parametrics developed a tailored pneumatic test rig that simulated thousands of opening and closing cycles at varying speeds, forces, and conditions, compressing years of use into a fraction of the time.

Testing Under Extreme Conditions

The visor system was subjected to a range of environmental stresses, including high-speed winds, sudden impacts, and temperature fluctuations. This ensured it could withstand harsh riding scenarios while maintaining its functionality and safety.
